Porcha is an attorney with Barrett & Farahany. Before joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable US Magistrate Judge Katherine Nelson for the US District Court, Southern District of Alabama.
She earned her Juris Doctor as well as her LL.M. in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution in tandem from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While in law school, she was a research assistant, served as president of the Ernestine S. Sapp Chapter of the Black Law Student Association and volunteered as a law student mediator for the Kenneth F. Dunham Mediation Clinic. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Greg Griffin of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Alabama in Montgomery. Before law school, Porcha attended the University of South Alabama in Mobile and received her Bachelor of Arts in History.
Porcha was born and raised in Mobile. She is licensed in Alabama and has been admitted to practice in the Northern Federal District of Alabama. Porcha is a member of the Alabama Lawyers Association and the Magic City Bar Association.
