With over a decade of experience in HR operations, Jasmine has worn many hats, from Recruitment Ninja to Employee Relations Whisperer. She has collaborated with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Jasmine managed full-cycle recruitment, provided guidance on employee relations issues, and designed performance management processes. She also oversaw HR compliance, administered employee benefit programs, and facilitated employee engagement initiatives.
As an HR Generalist, Jasmine likes to keep the wheels turning; thought leader and strategic partner with the Executive Leadership Team, she has a knack for driving cultural values and executing the organization’s strategic and tactical initiatives. Jasmine also has provided guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies, conducted day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers, and helped line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
When she’s not wearing her HR hat, you’ll find Jasmine whipping up a storm in the kitchen, playing with her adorable puppy, working on DIY projects, or jet-setting to new destinations with her loved ones and significant other.
