Jaimee Hall

Before becoming the Barrett & Farahany CEO, Jaimee Hall has been in the legal industry for 12 years where she founded and was the CEO of Legal Back Office, a business management group serving small to mid-size law firms nationally, and has also led a 100+ person business function for a global litigation firm. Prior to being in legal, she was a Director of Leadership Development for a national professional services firm.

She is passionate about people! Serving clients and empowering employees has been her focus for nearly two decades. She is often found strategically planning, thinking creatively, problem-solving, or helping others. She has an unmatched energy and optimism that most find refreshing and motivating! If you meet her, you will be greeted with a smile and a hug! She is a mom to Jackson, Quinn, Parker, and Eden while also a mom to her fur babies; a dog named Boston and a bunny named Rory.

Jaimee has her Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, MO in addition to her Bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
