Barrett & Farahany attorney Adian Miller was a guest on the podcast “The Legalist,” which is produced by Lee Davis Law, LLC. The August 5 program featured a discussion about what employees should do if they think their work could be unsafe because of COVID-19. 

That's a topic on many people's minds now as businesses and schools are reopening as the coronavirus pandemic continues to grow in the United States. 

During the podcast, Adian outlined various laws that are meant to protect workers if they think their work is not safe or if they have underlying health conditions that could make them more susceptible to a serious case of COVID-19 if they contract the virus. Adian also had suggestions on what steps employees can take if they think something is unsafe.
