Amber Stapleton is an Associate Attorney at Barrett & Farahany, where she advocates for employees facing workplace injustices.
Before joining the firm, Amber practiced workers’ compensation insurance defense, representing employers and insurers in litigation. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the strategies used to minimize employee rights—and reinforced her commitment to standing on the side of workers. Her transition to plaintiff-side employment law reflects her belief that legal advocacy should empower individuals and help restore balance in the workplace.
Amber earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she advocated for veterans seeking disability benefits and supported students with disabilities through her clinical work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History (cum laude) from Agnes Scott College.
A native of Atlanta, Amber always enjoys a trip to Little Five Points, attending sci-fi conventions, and watching horror films with friends and family.
