Barrett & Farahany is pleased to announce Jaimee Hall has been appointed as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer. She brings over a decade of experience in the legal industry, along with vast experience in the professional services industry.
Jaimee earned her Bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA, before obtaining an Executive MBA from the University of Washington Olin Business School, in St. Louis, MO.
She is passionate about people and has dedicated her entire career to serving clients and empowering employees. She previously served as a Director of Leadership Development for a national professional services firm, before venturing into the legal industry. Here, Jaimee founded Legal Back Office, a business management group that serves small to mid-size law firms across the country, and previously served as its CEO. She also has experience leading a 100+ person business function for a global litigation firm.
In her role as CEO of Barrett & Farahany, Jaimee will put her skills to good use, strategically planning, thinking creatively, problem-solving, and helping the entire organization as the firm, led by Managing Partner Amanda Farahany, continues to expand. Barrett & Farahany, the largest and oldest in the Southeast dedicated exclusively to employee rights, with a national reputation of excellence, currently serves 11 states, including Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, along with the District of Columbia.
