Kimberly Pepa, who goes by Kim, has 7 years of experience in Customer Service, particularly supporting a US Telco account. Throughout her experience, she has developed strong communication skills and learned how to communicate clearly, effectively, and with empathy.

With her leadership training, Kim developed a passion for helping her colleagues by sharing her knowledge of processes, products, and best practices. She enjoys supporting others and making complex information easier to understand.

Outside of work, Kim loved spending time and sharing meals with her late fiancé. Today, she finds comfort in reading books that bring peace, reflection, and a sense of calm to her life.
