Ga. Immigration Firm Settles Ex-Paralegal’s OT Suit

In a recent lawsuit, a former paralegal represented by Barrett & Farahany Partner Severin Roberts alleged her former employer, Ibrahim & Rao LLP, violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by misclassifying her and depriving her of overtime wages.
