B&F Files Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Against FedEx

FedEx was sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court case was brought by Barrett & Farahany on behalf of a former field line maintenance technician who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after his accommodation request was denied. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
