Some people leave accomplishments. Some leave memories. Charlie left behind something even greater—people whose lives are better because they had the privilege of knowing him.
On June 24, 2026, we lost our dearest friend, co-worker, son, fiancé, and one of the kindest persons many of us had ever met. Words can’t fully describe who Charlie was, but as stories started to come in from his family, friends, and colleagues, one thing became clear: Charlie had a wonderful ability to make people feel seen, supported, and loved.
Charlie was home to his fiancée, Kimberly.
Their favorite memories weren’t big vacations or big parties, but those quiet nights talking about anything and everything, bingeing Soso and Jojo, cracking up over memes, and just enjoying each other’s company. Those small moments became the moments she loves.
For almost seven years, Charlie had been her biggest cheerleader. He taught her to live life instead of worrying about what others thought. As they both built careers in the BPO business, he became her trusted advisor, pushing her to become a stronger leader and believing in her when she struggled to believe in herself. She is who she is today because of his love, advice, and steadfast support.

To his friends, Charlie was the guy you could always count on.
He was more than ‘one call away’—he embodied those words.” If anyone needed help, Charlie would come. It didn’t matter what time or what the situation was. He never let anyone feel as if they had to fight life’s struggles alone. His initial reaction was usually to lend a hand, however big the problem.
He also had an extraordinary capacity to relate to everyone. Charlie was beloved by everyone. He could chat to anyone about anything, and somehow every gathering was better just because he was there. His humor, stories, and easygoing personality pulled everyone together.

Inside the firm, Charlie earned the trust and respect of everyone he worked with.
Whether he was speaking with clients going through some of the most difficult moments of their lives or helping a teammate through a challenging day, Charlie brought the same patience, kindness, and steady presence. He had a way of making people feel heard, supported, and never alone.
Although Charlie had only been with the firm for a relatively short time, he quickly became someone his team trusted. Every task he was given, he took to heart. He was eager to learn, asked thoughtful questions, and before long, he was the one others turned to for help. He never hesitated to step up, share what he knew, or make himself available to support his teammates.
His impact was clear from the very beginning. During his time with the firm, Charlie was recognized for his professionalism, reliability, and willingness to go above and beyond. He consistently exceeded expectations, maintained a positive attitude, and was always ready to lend a hand. One teammate shared, “I knew Charlie was going to do great things from the moment he was interviewed. He was our star CELA. He learned quickly, took on additional responsibilities within his first few weeks, and earned the respect and appreciation of the entire team.”
That was Charlie. He didn’t seek recognition—he simply showed up every day with a heart to help others. And in doing so, he made a lasting difference in the lives of his clients, his teammates, and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.
Outside of work, Charlie loved riding motorbikes and playing video games—simple pastimes that brought him joy and offered him opportunities to build memorable moments with the people he loved.

As we collected memories about Charlie, one thread appeared repeatedly. First, no one talked about honors or success. They spoke about how he made them feel. They remembered his kindness, his loyalty, his sense of humor, and his willingness to drop everything for someone in need. They remembered his talks, his laughs, and the reassurance that he would always be there.
Charlie’s life is a reminder that our greatest legacy is not measured in titles or accomplishments, but in the love we give, the compassion we show, and the lives we touch along the road.
His time with us was far too short, but his impact will live on through every story shared, every smile inspired by a memory, and every life he made better just by being a part of it.
Thank you, Charlie, for your friendship, your kindness, and the countless memories you gave us. You will always be remembered, deeply missed, and forever loved.
Rest peacefully, Charlie. 🕊️
