At just 18, she juggled full-time work in the BPO industry to put herself through college. With over 15 years in customer service, she rose to become a Customer Service Manager and Course Administrator at a Christian music school in Singapore within a year.

Transitioning to the legal services industry, she excelled as a Case Manager and Legal Secretary for over four years. She persistently seeks out new challenges to fuel her personal growth journey.
