Ayesha Khan is a BA/LLB (Hons) graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences in Pakistan. She is an experienced Program Management Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the public sectors in Pakistan under international donor projects such as UNFPA and American Bar Association (ABA). Ayesha is proficient in Human Rights laws, Women Protection laws, International Law, Criminal Justice laws, Child Labor Laws, and Federal and Provincial Government Policies in Pakistan. She has facilitated in managing projects for social and gender empowerment, women’s leadership, socio-cultural and legal empowerment of women and youth; governance; rule of law; public policy reform, international law, and legal awareness. Ayesha also has experience in working in Child Protection laws and policies in Pakistan. She has led teams and successfully met project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
In the past, Ayesha has conducted research on youth and gender issues, analyzed district and provincial-level gender-disaggregated data in Punjab, and presented recommendations for reform to appropriate Government functionaries.
Her expertise also includes development projects’ design and planning, strategic planning for organizations, monitoring and evaluation of projects, drafting legal briefs and contracts, maintaining case files and handling databases of clients.
