
Kate Cantolina is an Associate with Barrett & Farahany. She is profoundly invested in workplace fairness and ensuring that workers are afforded the dignity, safety, and equal opportunities to which they are legally entitled.
Kate attended Emory University School of Law, where she interned at the Employment Division of the Virginia Office of the Attorney General, the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, and the Georgia Advocacy Office. After graduating law school, Kate worked at NDH, LLC, a Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination Law Firm. There, she tirelessly advocated for clients whose rights had been violated in the workplace and clients who had suffered injustice at the hands of government actors. Kate has a special interest in making sure that employees with disabilities are given the accommodations and opportunities that they need to thrive in the workplace. Kate is a member of the Georgia State Bar.
