Experiencing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace?

Transcript: It’s important to know that if you’re the victim of sexual harassment, you have to report that sexual harassment to your employer. A lot of people will feel very uncomfortable making those reports to human resources or their manager. And that’s why if you feel like you’re being harassed, you should call our office. When you call us, we may be able to help you make that call to human resources or tell your manager, give you tips about what to do to make sure it’s documented appropriately, and we can also help you if they retaliate against you. You don’t need to fear for losing your job for reporting inappropriate sexual conduct, but we’ll be here for you if it does occur.
