I am a Case Evaluation Assistant at Barrett & Farahany. My role allowed me not just to work with amazing people but also to meet and know the clients as well as understand their needs for justice. I want them to know that we are ready to listen to them and that Barret and Farahany will be the voice for them at times that they are experiencing workplace discrimination.
I have over five years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and working over a year as a Virtual Assistant. I am skilled at understanding people’s perspectives and deal with them. I also see myself being happy at what I do, and I always strive to be empathetic and contribute to delivering the best client experience.
I was born in Quezon City, Philippines. I had an Associate Degree in Business Information Management from the Asian Institute of Computer Studies, Quezon City. I already moved to Batangas, Philippines, and before becoming a case evaluation assistant, I worked at Convergys/Concentrix, a technology and services company, and SpargoDigital, a marketing agency. Outside of work, I do portrait paintings as a hobby. I am also a small business owner and a mom of two.
