Latisha Roebuck advises clients on employment-related legal matters. She is a zealous advocate for employees who face potentially illegal actions in the workplace. Latisha identifies the facts of a matter to determine whether the employee has sufficient grounds to move forward with a legal action. She is thoughtful and direct in addressing legal concerns and ensures that clients she consults with understand the law and its impact.
Before joining Barrett & Farahany in 2017, Latisha worked with a large nonprofit organization. She also helped companies implement mandatory government programs. Latisha interned with the United States House of Representatives and assisted in drafting legislation. She also interned with the North Carolina Court of Appeals and developed a thorough understanding of the appellate process. Latisha has helped to resolve domestic disputes in superior court through her service as a mediator.
Latisha earned her law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
Latisha wants to make a positive impact in the community. She has been involved with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and volunteers with the Legal Resources department at her church.
In her spare time, Latisha enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and exploring other cultures with her family.
