When you call us, we may be able to help you make that call to human resources or tell your manager, give you tips about what to do to make sure it's documented appropriately. And, we can also help you if they retaliate against you. You don't need to fear for losing your job for reporting inappropriate sexual conduct, but we'll be here for you if it does occur.
