Georgia-based attorney and founder of Chester Law Firm, P.C. and Chester Mediation and Arbitration, Nicholas D. Chester Sr., focuses his practice on representing individuals, private entities, and non-profits in personal injury, general, and business litigation matters in both federal and state courts.
Outside of the courtroom, he is equally devoted to his community. Currently serving a third four-year term, he is a member and past Chairman of the Paulding County Board of Education having first been elected in 2010.
Nicholas D. Chester, Sr., appointed as Paulding County Juvenile Solicitor in 2014, is a past President of the Paulding County Bar Association, a member of the Paulding County Superior Court Drug Program Executive Committee, and is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Law Practice Management Committee.
In 2016, Governor Nathan Deal appointed Nicholas D. Chester, Sr. to serve the people of Georgia as a member of the Northwest Georgia Regional Commission Council.
He is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshal Law School and his hobbies include spending time with his two sons Mason and Dean, family, and friends. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and exploring the outdoors.
