Nikki Bradley is an associate with Barrett & Farahany where her practice is devoted to representing clients in employment law matters. Nikki focuses on litigation brought under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as other federal and state employment statutes.
Nikki is motivated by helping people in ways that bring positive changes to their lives. She wants to help people who might not be able to help themselves when confronted with a workplace legal challenge. Nikki has the compassion to offer a guiding hand through what is potentially a monumentally difficult time in the lives of many people. Nikki strives to help her clients maneuver through all the intricacies of employment law.
Nikki earned her law degree at the Atlanta John Marshall Law School where she graduated cum laude, in the top 10% of her class. She was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Nikki also received a Bachelor's in Science with Honors from The University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica. Her major was International Relations with a double minor in Political Science and History.
Before joining Barrett & Farahany, Nikki practiced corporate litigation for two years at one of Atlanta's largest law firms. During law school she served as a law clerk at an Atlanta workers' compensation and general insurance defense law firm. Nikki also worked for eight years as an investment banker before pursuing law as a second career.
Nikki is dedicated to volunteering in her community. She assists low-income individuals regarding criminal record restrictions at the Georgia Justice Project and provides free immigration legal services to victims of crime and persecution at Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network. Nikki also loves to travel and is a fitness enthusiast.
