Here at Barrett & Farahany, we do things differently. Part of our continuing growth as a law firm is the introduction of new team members who will add significant value to the years of experience in client advocacy that we are known for.

We hire only the best and brightest employment lawyers at Barrett & Farahany, and we are proud to announce the addition of two new team members.

Michael S. Wilensky

Michael 20s. 20wilensky

Michael Wilensky joined the Barrett & Farahany team in January. Michael not only handles employment cases, but is the Lead Litigator of the Wrongful Death/Serious Injury Litigation Team at Barrett & Farahany. He is deeply committed to Justice at Work and beyond.

With more than a decade of experience, Michael has received many distinctions that identify him as one of the top lawyers in Georgia. From being selected for “The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40” and “Top 40 Litigation Lawyer Under 40” lists to having the highest rating in both Legal Ability and Ethical Standards available by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV Rated Preeminent Attorney, Michael's list of accolades speaks for the level of service and professionalism he brings to our team. He holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland's School of Law and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Broadcast News from the University of Georgia's Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Adian Miller

Adian 20miller

In March, Adian Miller joined the Barrett & Farahany team. Adian specializes in representing employees who have been denied their hard-earned wages or had their rights violated under federal law. She holds a J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law, M.A. in International Development from American University, and a B.A. in both International Relations and Psychology from Rollins College. Her 13+ years of legal experience include lobbying and legislative analysis as well as a history in working with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the AFL-CIO, UFCW, and SEIU.

Adian believes in representing her clients to the best of her ability and works tirelessly to ensure that workplaces are safe and free of fear, intimidation, threats or discrimination. She is a valued addition, and we are excited to see her make a difference in our clients' lives.
