Ms. Tyler grew up in four differing states before ultimately calling Georgia home. She graduated from Georgia State University, magna cum laude, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and earned Dean's List and President's List distinctions nearly every semester. Ms. Tyler later obtained her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School while on academic scholarship.
After law school, Ms. Tyler honed her passion for helping others while working at the Elder Abuse Unit of the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office, where she worked on behalf of senior citizen victims of crimes and worked to put and keep felons in jail. Ms. Tyler brings that same passion for others to Barrett & Farahany, focusing on the representation of individuals in the State of Georgia who may have experienced workplace injustice.
When she is not advocating for the injured, Ms. Tyler's hobbies include traveling, gardening, and spending time with her husband, children and their families.
