Joy Aguilo is an experienced Legal Assistant in different practice areas such as Family Law, Personal Injury Protection Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Criminal Law and Trademark Law. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and dedicated her early career as a Web Designer/Web Developer for different clients who own small businesses in the U.S. She was also able to practice her skills on automation of workflows, legal draft documents and email templates.
Before working as a Legal Virtual Assistant, Joy worked as a Customer Representative for various BPO companies in the Philippines and was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where she practiced dealing with newly hired agents which honed her communication skills and leadership skills.
In her spare time, she likes to play volleyball and rewatch old sitcom TV series like Friends and The Big Bang Theory.
