Eric Olson is currently a summer law clerk with a diverse background. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Illinois College of Law, where he has shown academic excellence and a commitment to pro bono work. Prior to joining Barrett and Farahany, Eric gained valuable experience at the Champaign County State's Attorney's Office and the Federal Public Defender's Office for District of Central Illinois, where he honed his legal research and writing skills. Prior to law school, Eric was a professional opera singer. Eric holds a Master's of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Northwestern University and performed leading roles with various opera theaters across the country.
